Preparation Method:
1. First Method:
Pour Mak Uda Tempoyak Patin into the pan and heat until it simmers (2-3 minutes).
2. Second Method:
Pour Mak Uda Tempoyak Patin into a microwave-resistant container, cover and cook over high heat (1-2 minutes).
Garnishing Suggestions:
Add cumin leaves, turmeric leaves, and old cucumber into the tempoyak.
Ingredients:
Patin Fish, Durian Paste, Turmeric, Bird’s Eye Chili, Sugar & Salt.
