Description
Rendang is a traditional cuisine and a valuable Malay heritage.
It is cooked using lemongrass, galangal, onion, garlic, coconut milk, and fried coconut.
Usually it is served during celebration of Eid’ul Fitri and Eid’ul Adha where all of family members gathered.
Best served using chicken, or beef.
